About Us
Padraig Lawlor is a Licensed NLP Practitioner and has studied with some of the best Personal Development teachers in the world. Padraig is now the Lead Trainer and Managing Director of The Super Generation, which he joined to pursue his passion for education and learning. Padraig left his career as an engineer to pursue his long term goal of becoming an entrepreneur and to make a difference in the lives of young people. Padraig is an amateur mountain climber and adventurer racer. He loves diving, particularly in shark infested waters, and hopes to circumnavigate the globe twice in his life time. His really passion is helping young people, having worked with the Child Soldiers in Uganda and thousand of teenagers in Ireland. And now he wants to bring his message to the world with the launch of his new book Make It Happen.
Philip O’Callaghan is co-founder of The Super Generation and is the managing director of Peak Learning Ltd, which supplies goods and services to Irish schools. He has worked in the education sector all his life. Philip is a licensed NLP practitioner, having received his training from the founder of NLP, Dr Richard Bandler. Hehas a passion for education in all its forms and uses this passion to motivate and inspire the young people he works with.
